Daytona Lagoon to Celebrate Summer with All-New Dive-In Movie Night Series

 

Kick-Off Event to Feature “Finding Dory” over Memorial Day Weekend 

WHAT: Starting Sunday, May 27, Daytona Lagoon will launch its Summer Dive-in Movie Night Series with the Memorial Day Weekend premier of Pixar’s “Finding Dory.” Every other Sunday evening, families can enjoy a unique movie experience by relaxing in the wave pool or on the beach while taking in a movie on Daytona Lagoon’s giant, outdoor movie screen. There will be movie-themed trivia, face painting, prize giveaways, plus food and drink deals the whole family will enjoy, such as $1 popcorn, $1 kids’ snow cones and even adult drink specials, too!

WHEN:  The first Dive-in Movie night takes place Sunday, May 27, 2018. Dive-in movies will happen every other Sunday between May 27 and Sept. 2. All movies will start at sundown. See below for a Dive-in Movie schedule:*

  • May 27: Finding Dory
  • June 10: Frozen
  • June 24: Moana
  • July 8: Lego Batman
  • July 22: Coco
  • Aug. 5: Despicable Me 3
  • Sept. 2: Finding Nemo

HOW: Families already enjoying Daytona Lagoon for the day can stay later for the movie at no additional cost. Current season pass holders receive free admission to Dive-In Movies. Non-season pass holders can pay a special price of $15.99 per person after 3 p.m., enjoy the park for the afternoon then stay to watch the film.
